(NYSE:SRC) ("Spirit" or the "Company"), a premier net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per common share, representing an annualized rate of $0.70 per common share. Shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016, will receive the $0.175 cash dividend on April 15, 2016.
